Really pleased to say that I have secured a role as a Graduate PMO Analyst for a leading wealth management bank. I would firstly like to say thank you to my first point of contact Susan for introducing me to Eric, who introduced me to Tritek. A year after graduating, I had applied to over 100 junior BA/PM roles and was just getting nowhere with them. I couldn’t even get interviews!

The advice I kept hearing was you need tangible experience despite me completing my degree and doing countless of online courses. I was stuck and didn’t know what to do. When I finally got a hold of Eric, he pointed me in the direction of Adeshola, who had the solution that I was looking for. WORK EXPERIENCE! I joined Tritek in May 2020 and was part of the Tritek Alumni App Development Project. It was the business acumen, project methodology knowledge, and examples of real-life experiences that I had witnessed while working on the project that set me apart from the graduates applying to the scheme.
