I joined Tritek in April 2023 to gain more experience as a business analyst, even though I had some experience from previous roles. During my project, I was assigned the role of Deputy Lead Business Analyst for project DOVE, TC57 batch, where I further enhanced my skills and knowledge of Business Analysis and Process Modelling. It helped me delve deeper into our group’s use case scenario where we worked on a CRM.

After the project, I had many unsuccessful interviews and applications over the months. I was assigned to Mr  Leonard (my mentor) at some point. He guided me through my subsequent interview process, and I got a FTC role in February 2024.

After working for six months, I became more confident as a business analyst. I started reapplying & looking for permanent job roles. After two interviews, I scaled through one with the support of revisiting my LMS videos and YouTube. I have now secured a permanent job offer in London.
