What our people say
Amidst a really difficult schedule as I am based in Canada and I had to face the impact of a 6-hour time difference in the UK which meant that I struggled to join my team meetings and KSS. It took determination and dedication not to drop out of the project, and to continue to stay active in order to deliver on the assigned task on the project. The project was delivered successfully, and we also received commendations/awards from the program office. I am very grateful to my Project ERP-Warehouse teammates for their hard work and dedication. Also, the professional guidance we got from our PSA, Sonunam Laary and the BSA Okeyinfu Ajayi (Kay Kay) was very instrumental to the success of the project and I learnt a lot from them.
I started my job application journey in June 2023 after the project ended and between applying and interviewing for jobs, I referred to the fantastic resources on the LMS platform to develop myself on different topic areas and this was very helpful with my interviews. I was also connected to my mentor, Adebiyi and he gave me great support and advice that was helpful for my growth
As expected, the journey presented its fair share of obstacles, but through unwavering dedication, and perseverance, I have just secured a project manager role in a great we managed to reach our intended destination triumphantly.
I extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr Adeshola Cole for providing this excellent platform that enabled me to grow professionally. I also want to express my gratitude to the entire Tritek team – David, Tokunbo and everyone.
Greetings from Canada, Ruth!

I was fortunate to work with brilliant team members, BSAs and PSAs. As I was rounding up my Project in the closure stage, I started applying for jobs and I was lucky to land a contract job as a Business Analyst with a prestigious company with the help of my mentor Ayotunde and now I have been able to secure a permanent job barely 2 months after as a Business Analyst with another prestigious company.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Adesola Cole for this platform and to the whole Tritek team for supporting me on this journey.

I joined Tritek in Jan 2019 , I was made PM of project Axis , we had a tough start in our team , but all that helped me during my interview process.when asked how to deal with difficult stakeholders ..
I want to Thank my Deputy PM. Tokunbo.. I have a friend and big sis in you.
Thanks to Anita for your help… I apperciate you, and Mama hawk, thanks for checking on me , I believe you saw something in me i didn’t even see in myself.
This is more than possible …I came from a care background with no knowledge of project management whatsoever.
I can’t thank God enough for changing my story and turning my life around .
Please make use of LMS I had to re-subscribe due to the richness of that platform, I still have a lot to learn.
I tell my team mate there are roles out there “how bad do you want it”. Forget the excuses and put in the effort . It will pay off in the end .
Best Regards.
At TRITEK, I was assigned to a dynamic team called Project Tenacity, that proved to be a turning point in my career. As I navigated through challenges and opportunities, I discovered my latent leadership and collaboration skills flourishing. The diverse backgrounds and perspectives of my team members enriched my understanding of effective management and collaboration across cultures.
The knowledge I gained from my experiences at TRITEK became a cornerstone in my pursuit of a new role. I was overjoyed to secure a position as a junior project manager, a testament to the skills I honed during my time with TRITEK. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the supportive individuals at TRITEK who guided me on this remarkable journey.
TRITEK isn’t just a platform; it’s a gateway to valuable experiences. It taught me the true essence of collaboration and management, empowering me to lead people from diverse backgrounds with confidence. In a world where remote work and cross-cultural interactions have become the norm, TRITEK stands as a beacon of knowledge, fostering growth and unity

After working as an Account Manager and Customer Service consultant as I expand my client list gaining well reputable companies in the uk including but not limited to Npower, British Gas, Nepresso etc.
I was getting bored and needed a new challenge, new atmosphere and new settings. Met my friend Jibola over a drink and getting to know what industry he’s into and he told me Hybrid Project management and Business Analysts of which I was absolutely open minded to it and then put across my interest in getting into the same profession. He then referred me to Tritek Consulting.
First day I called and spoke to Adeshola who invited me to the starter session 26/January/2019 and after attending the session my interest level went up, went ahead and enrolled, attended the Saturday classes and I was all about having breaks which was funny ? ????at some point and some of my classmates then can relate.
Then I got placed in a Project called Project Platinum as Deputy Lead Business Analyst. At that point, I needed something more to applaud with Tritek. Practical work experience so I signed up with ITonlinelearning.com where I gained my PRINCE2, AgilePM, Business Analysis and Change Management Foundation certifications while still utilising Tritek basecamp, tutorials, videos and all.
It was easy at all juggling work, study, family and attending meetings with Tritek but I was determined to make this journey a success. In December 2019, I applied to two jobs one being Project Coordinator at Electroneum (cryptocurrency firm) and the other Project Support Officer at NHS and after successfully passing the interviews I have both offers of employment to choose.
Massive thanks ? to Adeshola for the opportunity and platform given to me to build my knowledge and develop a new career path and also thanks to the entire Tritek team for the support throughout the entire process and I can only say keep up the good work while making positive impacts in people’s life. Well done ??
For anyone who has been part of Tritek journey and those who have just joined. This is the right place to be for your career path. Keep the hard work in and you will surely get the best result out of your journey.
Once again Mama Hawk, I admire your beautiful soul, your willingness to help and make a positive impact in people’s life, your kind heart and obviously being a blessing to everyone that surrounds you. God will reward you abundantly, beautifully and amazingly ?????
Remain blessed.
Your naughty client as you called me ?
After our project came to an end of September my life also changed as I was now officially out of work. I decided to go away and see family in America but while I was on holiday I continued using LMS and tried to get a mentor from Mama Hawk and the team. Even made an attempt with my CV and Adeshola was patient and firm in giving reality check on what was missing in it.
I came back from my holiday and was placed in Terry Mentorship team who supported me in overcoming my fears and with his constant weekly check ins. I attended CV workshop with Mama Hawk who was extremely helpful end of November.
It’s been a long journey. I have several interviews that I was not successful but I didn’t give up. I had my interview and was told on the next day the job was mine and will be started as a BA in a new startup firm walking distant from my house. God has been great and rewarded me after several times where I just wanted to give up and apply for other roles other than BA but I continue the fight and he hasn’t given up on me.
Stay strong and never shy away from asking for help from both your peers in your project, Tritek team. I pray that you will also write your success stories in 2020.
I worked on two projects, both times as a deputy PM but I also got really involved with the business analyst functions within the projects so I could gain those skills as well. The first project was to deliver a Learning Management Software (LMS) platform for an educational company hoping to expand into online courses. The second project was LMS Omni-experience to improve the existing LMS site for Tritek. I took this opportunity to learn as much as I could, from requirement gathering to honing my analytical skills. Creating wireframes for clients so they could get a real understanding of what we hoping to deliver for them.
I am extremely grateful to Tritek for the opportunity to learn and get instant hands on experience. The ability to put the new concepts we had learnt into practice immediately with real clients is such an incredible model.
I’ve learnt a number of transferable skills that I could apply to both my entrepreneurial journey and traditional corporate life.
I encourage everyone to carry on watching the videos and joining Tritek. You will learn so much from your experience. A huge thank you to Adeshola and Bola for your knowledge, time and mentorship.
I worked on project elite Afro 1 and also currently working on the project support office. Thank you for this amazing opportunity given in helping me develop myself and also my career. It’s an amazing platform, and I am so happy to have joined at the time that I did.
Adeshola, you’re a wonderful, good spirited person, and I truly appreciate what you’re doing on this amazing platform. Thank you for creating something that is affordable to all, compared to what is out there !!!
I have just been offered a PROJECT OFFICER role with a public health organisation. I started with Tritek in September 2019. I joined Tritek because I was looking to develop myself as a Business Analyst as I believe it will compliment my master’s degree in management studies. I spoke with Adeshola before joining and I was assured that I will be able to work on a project as a BA.
At the end of the 4 weeks training session, I was assigned a Lead PMO role (on Project Nebula) and not the BA role that I earnestly craved for. Felt bad about not been given my preferred role but I accepted it anyway. Having worked as a PMO Officer before, I saw this role as a new challenge because every role presents a new challenge.
We had a difficult start to the project as a group, but things settled down afterwards. Mid December I created my CV and sent it to the Programme Manager (Clo) for approval before I started applying for jobs. Got my first interview a week before Xmas for a Junior PM role in Manchester. I passed the interview and was offered the role. However, the pay package was less than my current salary, so I turned down the offer. I believe I should be going up and not down. But last week, I attended 3 different interviews and was offered a Project Officer role from one of the interviews. In preparing for the interviews, I used the LMS to prep myself as all the Mentors were still on holidays. I believe this is just the beginning and a step in the right direction too. It can only get better.
I want to thank everybody at Tritek for doing an amazing job – the CEO – Adeshola for putting together a fantastic platform that helps people achieve their potentials in life; and the Programme Manager – Clotilda (who I always refer to as family) for her support and encouragement. To my fellow Tritekians, possible is more a matter of attitude, a matter of decision, to choose among the impossible possibilities, when one sound opportunity becomes a possible solution. So, nothing is impossible. Keep grafting, success is just around the corner.
Thank you.
I joined the Tritek family in January 2019, I had previously worked in financial services and was looking to change my career as I was not seeing any career progression within this sector. My aspiration was to follow a career as a Business Analysis. During my journey at Tritek, I made strong relationships and good friends.
The platform is very robust, and I had access to a lot of resources, and I cannot thank Adeshola (CEO) enough for LMS, which helped me understand the world of a Business Analyst, how to conduct interviews. Once the Tritek Project I was working on was completed, I signed up to the mentoring scheme which help support me through the recruitment process.
I was always encouraged and supported by my mentor, Terry, who is always very hands on. My personal journey started in November 2019, and it wasn’t easy as I had 13 Interviews and, it was on my 14th Interview that I was successful. There were times I wanted to give up and this also had an impact on my confidence in several ways, however, at Tritek, I was always encouraged and supported by my mentor, Terry and CEO Adeshola, who are always helpful and helped me bring my confidence back and at one point Adeshola told me to keep going and that I am close to securing a role, her words came true .
The support I received from the Tritek family was great, especially from Adeshola ‘Mama Hawk’, who I cannot thank enough for her support and guidance and a big thank you for helping changing people’s lives, including mine. I now am looking forward to starting in my new career as a business analysis shortly.
Thanks very much Tritek!!! I will always remain a loyal supporter of the University of Tritek and will continue to recommend Tritek to anyone and everyone.
I have been just received my offer for the role of PMO Analyst paying £70,000 – this is more than they had initially advertised!
I cannot thank you enough for this platform, for all the people that put in effort and time (sometimes until early hours of the morning after a long day at work) to mentor us and for the LMS which I still refer back to even when working!
To everyone currently on the platform/looking for work I encourage you to keep going! Keep applying for jobs, keep going to interviews. From getting rejection after rejection (lessons) to having offers to choose from and being able to command the salary I wanted (with bonus and benefits on top)! You get out of the process what you put into it, but it does work, and it is definitely worth it!
During my interview, I was asked to provide solution to a business problem showing investigation techniques, process flow, risk analysis, stakeholder analysis on a flip chart and present to a panel. Next, I was asked to talk through the whole content of a Business case, Business Analysis tools, Risk Management, Requirement elicitation and documentation and provide a clear articulation of the Agile Method and Sprint processes.
While training in Tritek, I work on two projects namely Trailblazer and Encore. During this time, I gained experiences which included but not limited to, project life cycle stages, Reporting documents. Ms Planning, Water fall and Agile methodology, Requirement elicitation, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management and SDLC
Ill like to say thank you to Shola (Mama Hawk) for all the support and encouragement and proving a platform with immense resources for learning and gaining practical experiences.
Ill also like to thank all of project Encore team especially Funke, my PM who gave me the sheer determination to achieve my dream job. The resilience of the team Encore to keep learning despite a lot of challenges is admirable. I would also like to thank Daniel, our BA support mentor for helping me understand processes flows repeatedly. Finally, I would like to thank my mentor Andrew, who was always prompting me to keep applying even when I was getting rejections from previous interviews.
Finally, I would like to encourage everyone on board to make friends with their team members outside work mainly as that was a huge inspiration to me.
I was referred to Tritek March 2019 by an old friend I ran into. Came for taster session and registered. We got our project – Marvins- and all the learning began. Though we had issues with our PO, we kept on learning and at the execute stage I began applying for roles. To avoid discouragement, I ceased counting the interviews (from telephone to face to face).
Fast forward, I got a role at a Local Authority in August 2019 (wasn’t what I needed but a good place to learn). Fast forward again, the funding was cut, and I began to apply and landed a role few days ago.
I give God the glory and appreciate my wife and everyone that has been a blessing in one way of the other. Those who spoke words of faith, those who gave their CV,. I say thanks. Mama Hawk, thanks for the great platform. LMS was instructive.
LESSONS LEARNT
There is a job with your name on it.
Apply pressure on yourself.
Keep learning and you will discover the treasures in the knowledge.
Know your relevant tools. (I remember I was asked in an interview HOW DO YOU MERGE CELLS IN EXCEL. I laughed and answered)
That company A said no doesn’t mean B will say the same…
Don’t isolate yourself. Be humble and learn.
God’s faithful.
The learning just started o…….
Other doors will be opening soon…….
Peace……..
Hello, I just wanted to say thanks to you and your team for the support. Although I was already in a role before, I joined Tritek in October 2019 under Project Axis. I have just gained another role as a functional consultant (crm). This is all because of your training materials available in LMS. Thanks for your support and the learning continues.
I joined Tritek in April 2019; I was introduced by a dear beautiful friend! Shout out to you Diana as you inspired me to start this journey! I’ve been in the medical profession for 10 years now and I was totally bored and desperate for a change! One faithful day Diana who had joined Tritek a month before me, advised me to consider attending the taster session. I decided to attend, and I was totally convinced that this was where I needed to be to achieve my goal! The IT world and particularly the role of a business analyst and project manager was not a profession I was unfamiliar with. In fact, I considered it (software tester to be precise) 10 years ago! I knew it was fate and the right time to pursue this dream fully! Soon after the training sessions, I was put on a project and although disappointed I didn’t get the role of a business analyst on the project, as I was made PMO lead, that didn’t stop me! I didn’t complain and just got stuck in! I got close to the BA’s on the project and made sure I assisted with all tasks and deliverables required from the BA’s! Alongside the project I made LMS my best friend! As I was watching the videos my confidence in my ability to perform the BA role grew! Once our project came to an end, I felt ready to hit the market! I reached out to the amazing founder my Sis, aka Mama Hawk! She helped me with my CV, and I was ready! I was about to start applying when I suddenly felt afraid.
I started to get imposter syndrome and for some reason I didn’t feel I could cope with the process of speaking to recruiters and going on interviews! I needed help and so I reached out again to Mama Hawk! I needed a mentor who would help with these fears! With the help of my mentor Terry and other mentors, as I must admit I didn’t have just one! I had like 5 to be fair! Anyone I knew was a Business analyst and keen to help me, I made them my best friend! They shared insights into the role that you will not find in books and YouTube! I was like a sponge in the midst of them, taking notes of every information I was fed! From these mentors, I was given the mental push I needed, and I started applying for jobs from September 2019! My first telephone interview and face to face interview was a complete disaster, however from that experience I grew tremendously! As you start applying, you learn so much through the process as you are constantly prepping yourself for speaking to the recruiters, (which can be more intense than the actual hiring manager) conduct telephone and face to face interviews! My 3rd face to face interview was the one I secured 3 months later! I have had six face to face interviews so far!
Basically, with this role I was given good feedback from the interview back in October. However, they didn’t confirm an offer, as the role was put on hold until the new year! After a no of updates regarding the job which were becoming disheartening as it seemed I was being fobbed off, I eventually received an offer for the role of Business Analyst last week!! I honestly cannot believe this is happening! I am screaming inside, and it actually feels unreal!! I want to thank you so much Sis @ Mama Hawk for this platform you created which is truly transforming lives! You are an indeed a blessing! God shall surely reward you greatly! I want to thank my amazing mentor Terry!! I don’t believe I would have succeeded at the interview if not for his support! The interview was a very intense case study, which Terry helped me prepare a PowerPoint presentation that really allowed me shine bright like a diamond lol!
My team at project stonework, you all rocked, especially Remi our project manager who from time to time would send me articles and info regarding business analysis!
My words of advice to anyone here is to believe in what you set your mind to! You can certainly achieve your goal, but you must put in the work! With 3 kids this was certainly not a walk in the park! The struggle to even speak to recruiters or conduct telephone interviews whilst home with the kids was enough stress to want me to give up! My advice don’t give up, no matter the circumstances! You can truly make it work, if you set your mind to it! Make use of the resources around you! LMS helped me to prepare a good script for common question and answers for interviews! No man is an island so get support if needed. I certainly know I could not have achieved this without people, so I believe speak out and people that are destined to help you will certainly help.
Finally, put in the work, there is so much to learn so if you can get 1hr a day at the minimum of learning, you’re on the right track! I wish everyone on this platform success and have 100% confidence you will get there! Sorry my story is so long, I just felt I needed to add that extra detail I feel will encourage someone! I’ve always loved reading others success stories and honestly couldn’t wait to write my own!!!
I joined Tritek in March 2019, after i had to fight to keep my job at my current organisation. I was given the role of a PMO analyst within Peoject Encore. I had the most amazing team members. A big thank you to my team and Mama hawk.
Trust me everyone can achieve their dream
I was the PMO in project Mavin and I also joined Project Xcite reunion event.
Under the tutelage of Mama Hawk leadership, tutors, mentors, project leaders and my team members in both projects.
I was able to secure my 1st project management role in August 2019 as a project coordinator/ PMO lead with Kingfisher.
My experience gained in the role enlightened me to other job possibilities available in the industry such as Project Planner.
I watched repeatedly Bane’s LMS videos on Ms project and other videos and I practiced on the softwares
By God’s grace, I was able to secure a position as a project planner/ scheduler with a defence supplier.
My love to Mama Hawk, my project managers: Ati, Buki and Clothida, members of project mavin and project Xcite.
Please do not give up, participate actively in your projects because it will help you in your competency based job interviews, read more extensively (Google it) have a passionate desire to understand the terms you are not familiar with, watch your LMS video as if your life depends on it. It will help in securing your dream job. The sky is your limit.
Hi Adeshola,
I finally got a job. I just want to say thank you to you for the opportunity you gave me, your encouragement and for your platform because It taught me a lot. I also want to say thank you to all the people I came across and helped me on my journey, I really appreciate the various impacts/encouragements you had on my journey.
I initially expected my success story to come very fast but it came in God’s time eventually. Of the top of my head I did over 900 applications, 10 face to face interviews, numerous phone interviews and 6 Skype interviews. I was putting in the work but it wasn’t just yet my time.
Hard as it may seem to believe God just wanted to teach me patience. Not that I wasn’t good enough, I got great feedbacks but there was always someone with more experience than me. One feedback i got that i would never forget was you are too jovial and we don’t think you will fit into our culture. That feedback came as a phone call ( I would have slapped the guy if it was face to face lol).
Anyways my advice is don’t give up your job is out there, learn as much as you can because the competition is fierce, use LMS (it helped me a-lot) and if you are hungry like me use YOUTUBE, make reasonable friend because they would help your journey and lastly don’t forget to put it in God’s hands, tie a promise/commitment to your new job and thank Him in advance.
A Newly Minted BA in Government!
It’s been roughly a year and 3 months that I joined Tritek and what a ride! And I’m now going as a Business Analyst into a sector I’ve held such a long fascination for, equipped and ready to get yet more done and succeed at bigger challenges.
I’ve had the privilege of working on two of Tritek’s most interesting and most challenging projects even when I hadn’t shown any reason to be trusted with such responsibilities. I am truly thankful for the vote of confidence and how working with Team Double F and Team Charity+ has turned out to be such an enriching experience and confidence boost.
I am grateful for the cooperation I’ve received from the lads and lasses (as we say up in islands and highlands of Scotland…?) on both projects: Clo, Bernadette, Helen, Rita, Nonye, Hafiz, Ade, David, Imran, Abie and many others. We strained and grated against each other at times but in the end, it’s time and energy well invested. Isn’t it amazing how quickly we went from total strangers to people working hard together and supporting each other to deliver.
And to Tritek, thank you… for the mad challenges, for the rich resource library and for linking me with two (…two!!!) excellent mentors: Daniel and Tolu. What outstanding mentors and help you’ve both been! And oh yes, Tritek, for that grand award, too!
Thank you Adesola for nudging and nudging!
Clo, where do I start? You know what you did and I couldn’t thank you enough for your friendship and support.
Slim… thank you many times over! Those long chats and support calls. Epic!
I am indeed grateful to God and you lot (as David sometimes annoyingly says ).
It’s been great while it lasted guys, and to you all: my very best wishes! See you at the top.
And it’s another one?
I was introduced to Tritek by a colleague who knew I wanted more out of my job. Having prior knowledge in project management, In December 2019, I requested for just mentorship to prepare me for the ever-tough job market.
I was able to dive straight into the resources available on LMS, which guided me on the daily responsibilities of a project manager and improved my interview skills. I now have secured a Service Delivery Lead role. My sincere appreciation goes to Clo, Barbara Falaomo, and Jason(Mentor) who were very helpful and encouraging in this journey.
Also to Vicki who introduced me to Adesola, God bless you both.
Just to put it out there, Tritek isn’t just for newbies looking to secure a role, but for everyone who needs to stay on top of their game in this very interesting times
I would like to keep my name anonymous and confidential but must say my thanks!
I am happy to inform you that I have secured a role as a Project Manager. I will be working on a new Digital Transformation Programme cutting across 5 big teams. I want to encourage everyone not to be discouraged by the current situation. People are still getting jobs. But, you must be prepared because the competition is stiff.
Demonstrate you are the solution to their business needs.
I was one of the successful 3 out of the 97 interviewed candidates for 3 different roles in the Organisation. Be active on your projects. Use LMS. You have tons of scenarios at your finger tips! Also, have the right mental attitude. The world is a collaborative platform and so you must have people skills and be a team player. This cuts across all roles.
I truly wish you all the best.
Thank you very much Adesola, Tayo, Remi, Clo, Bella and the Tritek Team. My journey was fun with you all.
I finally got a job as a Delivery PMO specialist. I joined Tritek in July 2019 after coming across them online( Mary was the one who contacted me, thank you for encouraging me to join, you are a part of this success story) I did not start applying for jobs till about November…7 months later I get my success story, after my fair share of “unfortunately you weren’t successful this time” it has finally happened.
Adesola thank you for setting up this platform and for giving people the opportunity to gain experience you are an amazing woman! thank you to all Tritek staff for everything you do. Bella always encouraging me at any opportunity she gets, thank you! Anne, my PM support analyst/ mentor hmmm I cant thank you enough! You have been a wonderful person and I am grateful for everything. You have pushed me, encouraged me, believed in me, supported me and sometimes just quietly being a listening ear when I am “loosing it” thank you!
And to everyone on Legacy and project Crown thank you all for the support and the knowledge shared, you all have been amazing!
For everyone still waiting for their success stories, I believe the time is now to start applying, I can’t stress how much knowledge and information is on LMS, make use of it and also do some personal research, it will definitely happen. Good luck guys!
I got a job! Whoop whoop…
I attended a taster in July 2019 and registered for the training immediately however didn’t start my training till October due to previous commitments. I went with the online training and eventually assigned a project as assistant lead PMO with Project Axis to migrate data from Basecamp to Proof hub. Anne Daka and Toks were PM and APM extraordinaire!
Prior to and during Tritek I worked in the housing sector as a Homelessness Prevention Officer however as the training progressed, I knew I wanted to remain in the housing industry as a Subject Matter Expert. As you may know roles like this are few and far between within industry so there haven’t been many roles to apply for. I had pretty much given up but Anne would never let me rest. She rang me at the beginning of lockdown and advised me not to be discouraged by COVID19 as according to her ‘things are still happening’
I started looking half-heartedly I must say and make a couple of applications and the rest is history! I have been offered a job as a PMO Coordinator for a Local Authority to co-ordinate a £53bn refurbishment on all their current properties and new developments over a 5yr period.
The interview was tough and unlike any interview I had ever done. I had to write out an action/strategy plan and the entire interview took 3hrs! The interview questions were strictly PMO based (change management, lessons learned, data input) I didn’t even have to answer questions about my skills or previous work experience. There is no way I would have been able to answer those questions without Tritek because I knew nothing about project management before Tritek.
Also many thanks to all the members of Project Axis, you guys pushed me when I was at my wit’s end during our project.
Bella, thank you for tailoring my CV for the roles I was looking for. I got an interview for every job I applied for.
Anne Daka, you have become a life long friend, you did not stop encouraging me, ringing me before and after the interview.
Adeshola, you were even more excited than I was at the news. Your platform is the bees knees.. you are truly Mama Hawk!
For all who are still on this journey, this is one of the best times to secure a job and make use of the team Adeshola has got behind her. They are all so amazing and passionately rooting for you!
I asked to join another project then Covid 19 happened, it halted my job search once more. It’s good to have people who believe in you around, my friends encouraged me to continue applying and seeing success stories in the midst of the lockdown, I went for it. It was not your usual BA role or interview, but what I know is God was with me and it was now time for my success story.
I want to say a big thank you to Mama Hawk, the Tritek team and all those that make it happen and also my sister Clotilda. Thank you for all the support and encouragement. Mama Hawk thank you for this wonderful platform. God bless you.
Tritekeans, Keep up the faith you all. You’re are next in line to brew.
Attended a taster session, enjoyed it and thought ok, this will be easy not realising how much extra work I had to put in to make it work. I was assigned to my first project, half way through the client changes the scope & the project was stalled big time, at this point I’ve had one of my team members get a job as a scrum master, I was like ok my turn soon.
Waited over 2 months for second project whilst constantly feeding myself with info from LMS which honestly is like a mobile brain, has enough info for whatever you need.
Second project kicked off, had hiccups but got delivered. I was beginning to doubt if the career was for me as it felt like I was just wasting my time, sitting in meetings till late doing most of the work as my team was not very motivated. Started the project with 17 team meme era ended with just 4.
My subscription ended & I renewed it cos of how much information I got from LMS & thought let me give it one final try.
After almost 3 months got assigned to a 3rd project, I just wanted to be a team member, but a certain Tritek admin for some reason thought otherwise & made me a lead which I wasn’t very happy about but took on the challenge as I thought it’ll push me out of my comfort zone.
This is where the real struggle started, my job got in the way had to join meetings sometimes whilst working, Did a lot of extra hours of studying, was assigned a mentor & got dropped because I was barely available to join sessions, was very disheartened as I gave myself a deadline & time was almost up.
Funny thing is when the universe is ready for you, it’ll put things in place to make it happen.
I had a very supportive project team, an amazing deputy that was able to step in whenever needed & we managed to deliver a very successful project
So I got reassigned to my old mentor & gave myself 6 weeks to get a job then the big daddy of them all “COVID-19” came & pooped on my parade. At this point I said to myself maybe this is not for me, literally packed up shop & thought u know what I’m done.
Then came this important message which I ignored for a day, lol. Finally replied & was speaking to an old Tritek admin team member & she recommended this agency which I got in contact with gave in my cv, next day I got a call concerning a role. I showed interest, got an interview the following day & got a call back that my interview was very good, that I was a top performer amongst the candidates for the role, now the waiting game began. I was still in doubt as I haven’t heard anything back. Just when I thought of getting a van to start doing deliveries, I get the email with an offer & a little bit of extra change on the salary.
After countless hours of applications, interviews that I spent 2-3 days prepping for, no replies from companies, late nights & giving up on a lot of personal time, it happened.
The moral of the story is, Tritek works if you want it to work for you. The information, assistance & support is available as long as you reach out.
A big thank you to Adeshola for not kicking me out after my taster session as I was a bit of a rebel & believing that I will be a good lead to deliver a project which is a brain child of hers which has finally come to light.
After a few months I messaged Adeshola and I told her that I was ready to join Tritek. My first project was Nebula project as a BA, I attended all the project meetings, some of the trainings and watched LMS. I am really grateful for the opportunity to learn and be part of a community where everyone is supportive and trying to learn.
After two months, i started applying for jobs within my organisation, I went for about 3 interviews but i was not successful. I was very disappointed but I kept on going. In May 2020, I was allocated to another project Tritek Alumni as a PMO support. I really enjoy being part of the team and learning about how to produce all the different reports.
A few weeks ago I messaged Adeshola to inform her that I was ready to start applying for jobs again and I needed a mentor to review my CV and help with interviewing skills. Immediately I was assigned to Tolu, we had a meeting and he was very friendly, i told him that I was interested in applying for a job within my organisation. He encouraged me to apply for the role. Once I got an interview we had a session to talk about possible interviews questions and answers which I found really helpful. I am super grateful to Tolu because he has a wealth of project management knowledge and very affirmative that I could get the job. I attended the interview the next day and I got a job as a Project support officer!!!!!
Tritek is the best place to get experience, it has a strong community and LMS is also very informative.
Thank you Adeshola for this platform. I will definitely encourage anyone that wants to gain experience in project management to join Tritek.
Thank you and I wish everyone the best in landing their dream Job.
I joined Tritek at the lowest point in my life.
Everything was down. (Inc My marriage and Documents to work in the UK.)

I joined as an Admin/ Project Coordinator rose to the post of the Deputy manager later became the Manager and even managed the programme office.
Gained my confidence and resilience spirit back.

*A huge well done to Temi on securing a role as a Senior Business Analyst!!!! *
Hey Adeshola – see my account from that initial phone conversation within back in November, 2019 to securing a role as a Senior Functional BA (Financial Systems)
Filled with the ambition of wanting to move my career horizontally into the BA world, I set out 3 goals: Investment in Skill & Knowledge, Positive Mental Thinking & a Disciplined Mindset. Subsequently, I felt ready to jump but needing a parachute to somewhat steer me in direction of my goal of being a competent and skilled Functional BA. You see I like gliding the sky as if the limit is actually the sky.
It was one cold day in November, 2019 when I came across a BA Taster session while going through Instagram. Instantly, I felt a strong pull towards exploring this Ad so I proceeded to looking more into the Ad where I found TRITEK and my parachute found me.
Few days later, Adeshola answered; we ended up spending 45 minutes while I shared my career goal with her and I spoke that my success story is a matter of when combined with the idea that I would give back being that I appreciate that this parachute came bearing high hanging fruits. I had missed the taster session by the time of our conversation but instantly, I entrusted Adeshola and TRITEK with achieving my goal without a question and a sale.
Upon enrolling, I became sponge like and I kept absolving. I thoroughly enjoyed my classroom session with Sage. Using all that I had taken away from here, I felt ready to work as a Lead BA on a Live Project. The real-life experience taken away from the project slowing poured into me like oiled confidence on a shimmering being so it was easy to carry an alluring glow during my job search 7 months after my taster session in spite of the Pandemic.
I wanted to work in the FS space dealing with ERP Implementation so I applied only for jobs in this space while trusting all that I had learnt at TRITEK would see me through the process but not pass it. Within a solid month of applying, I landed a couple of Interviews both within Financial Services and few weeks later, I was faced with a couple of offers to which I was truly grateful for. I took a week to decide and now, I am elated to have accepted and started the role of Senior Functional BA (Financial Systems) within a FTSE100 company.
What is happening here is real, stay motivated and be driven by an ambition so strong you attract those similar in thoughts, drive and execution; only then you won’t fail in your search of your own success story. Use LMS, Go to all TRITEK Learning meetings and have an inquisitive mind. Remember to water your garden. Your garden is your mind and if you change your mind you have already changed situation. Your mind is the real asset here so protect it!
Very special mention to my project team, Seattle, I am grateful for the support and I have gained not just a network of associates but real friends too. Thank you, Michael, for the encouragement during all those workshops. Tobi, a shout out to you for being a consummate professional and mentor during my live project.
And now September 2020, after competing against 75 candidates and undergoing 3 nerve wracking and grueling interviews. I am honoured and deeply humbled to have been offered the role of IT Technical Business Analyst.

SEE IT, BELIEVE IT and ACHIEVE IT.
I joined Tritek taster session May 30th 2020 when my 3rd child was just few weeks old. Yea you heard me right, just few weeks old baby. The oldest is 6 years…. I joined with an empty skull, inquisitive mind and above all with God!! After the taster session I felt yea this is it, I am at the right place having had a bad experience with another brand the previous year and was referred to tritek by a friend but being pregnant then I decided to wait till I put to bed. So back to my story.. I enrolled in June 2020, our project began in June 2020 Project Titan, before our project started, I married LMS videos, I watched and re-watched videos, I checked in on basecamp, I peeped into some completed projects, I was hungry and was constantly feeding myself with LMS!!I was actively involved in my project, I attended BA meeting even though I preferred the PM side of things. Then I made friends with my team members turn family , oh Ginika, my personal motivator God bless you.
Our project was still at the initiate stage and I felt the urge to start applying which I told Ginika, our deputy planner and she encouraged me to. Oh I applied and was rejected but she said its part of the process and I went back and worked on my application and made more applications, when I saw the role of Deputy Programme Manager, I applied without giving it a thought! Lo and behold I was invited for an interview. I was shocked and wasn’t ready. I quickly called mama Hawk and said to her, my project is now at the define stage and I have applied for a job …. she quickly said send me the details and I did and she quickly assigned me a mentor just like that..let’s pause… Before I got a mentor I called my PM, heaven sent PM of project titan and told him that I don’t think I was ready for this and he laughed and said this is nothing and he will put me through… (unpause) I got a Mentor from Heaven called Remi, I called him immediately I got his contact from mama Hawk, he told me what videos I should watch again on LMS and he fixed a date for both of us to meet and practice the interview. Fast forward to that day I didn’t turn up, I refused to call him and I made up my mind to withdraw the application. Remi called me later that day and I told him my mind and he said I wasn’t going anywhere, I must attend the interview and I must practice with him, no running away from it!!
He refixed the practice to a day before the interview and during the mock he interview he interrupted me and said I wasn’t sounding confident, he did then recorded himself and sent to me to listen to.. Now pause again… Back to my PM Sola, I was praying he shouldn’t call me since I wanted to withdraw the application but wosiah!! He called and even booked zoom meeting for me that night prior to the interview day! Oh he talked, he drilled, he advised, he motivated and wished me well that night, we rounded up at midnight. Ginika on the other hand sent me handbook that held questions about planning to practice with..(now unpause) interview day came having been awake all night, practicing, breastfeeding and watching videos on LMS I went for the interview. During the interview I spoke from my heart, with passion, confidence and knowledge given that its just a one person needed for this role. Then came the post interview wait.. I see myself talking to myself in the room, saying to myself “oh Ann you should have elaborated further blabla”.. I was going mad, and then came Reni (PMO) calming me down and everything will be ok… Sola said its normal I should not worry, Remi said don’t worry just start giving thanks to HIM and behold I was offered the job!!
I, Ann,a health care assistant is now a Deputy Programme Manager!! Oh God!!! I was too shocked to accept the offer, I called mama Hawk and this lady was shouting more than I was,I had to pause to remember who got the offer, me or her … Just one week of the interview invite and these people turned family surrounded me as if it was their interview!! Heaven knows that Tritek is more than what it looks like, in Tritek you bond with people who want to see you succeed, its not a competition, its a genuine desire from your fellow team members to have each other’s back. Special Appreciation to My Project Titan Team, Sola, Feyi, Elizabeth my able lead, Reni, Ginika, Treasure, AJ, Sharon, Florence Christel, Abiodun, Iyore, Gloria, Femmy, Remi and ever watchful mama Hawk finally the Way Maker My Lord and My God!! My advice is.. watch LMS videos, be actively involved in projects, attend all meetings,go with all your heart and last of all call on GOD!!! I hope one day I would be allowed to give back to Tritek when there is vacancy but before then no leave no transfer!!
I like to keep things very simple and short and I would like to start off by specially thanking Ms. Adeshola Cole and her team of professionals for this ownership. Ownership to me defines a platform for people investment, helping people achieve their truth and purpose within the standings of life. Behind this, is propagating the vision that the world is indeed your own space.
I started off this wonderful journey without even knowing the definition of business analysis, I probably was the most confused student in my set in the first few days of classroom learning (before Covid- 19), but time, belief and commitment happened and today I’m a professional Business Analyst working in the Digital Transformation space.
From having zero knowledge and certifications, to zero experience, it would have been far too easy for me not to believe in the process especially after my first classroom training with all the BA terminologies and processes I never heard before all my life, but I remembered why I started in the first place and quickly aligned myself with the energy set up within Tritek, I challenged and channelled my doggedness to getting work done above satisfactory outputs and getting my hands dirty with every material that could help me along the way, the success stories of others inspired me to believe and crucially, the enigmatic mentoring and coaching of Tolu Ajakaiye set me up on this path to greatness as a Business Analyst- and I haven’t even started yet. Again, I would intentionally mention Tolu Ajakaiye, my mentor, my leader and the one very much at the fore- front of this success story.
Today for everyone on on this journey, on this platform, out there and regardless of your geographical location, if you are thinking of the next move in life whether its starting out your career path or changing job roles, if you ever find yourself within the Tritek space, just know that you are in safe haven. The rest will totally be up to you.
Get up each day

Hi Adeshola and the Tritek family!
Firstly, I would like to thank you MH for putting Tritek together! You’re such a great inspiration to me personally!!
Tritek has been ( and still is) such a blessing to me and am sure, to hundreds of people, in preparing & assisting us take the next step in our career and professional development. I can’t say thank you enough… to you MH and the Tritek team!
I joined Tritek in April 2020 during the Lockdown and worked on Project Chat B as a BA, then went onto Ileero as a Scrum Master. The experience gained on these roles, in addition to all the resources + LMS provided by Tritek, helped me to secure a BA role with a Government Organisation! I thank God for his mercies and I can also testify that hardwork and dedication to pursuing your goals, definitely pays in the end! Please never give up!
Securing a BA role is just one benefit gained from my Tritek experience. The other is the solid network of new friends/ colleagues gained from Tritek, who have majorly contributed to my professional development! My project Chat B team… my Ileero team… and the global Tritek team…I cannot thank you all guys enough! Please let’s all keep this collaboration going as it goes a long way to helping us build each other up!!
Once again, I am eternally grateful to you MK and Tritek as a whole, for assisting me achieve this major step in my career!!
God bless you all !
Hello Adeshola,
I have just secured my first position as an Associate Business Analyst.
I joined Tritek in September 2020 with little to no real life life technical experience and very little knowledge or experience in Business Analytics.
After graduating in July 2020, I spent countless hours looking for employment opportunities to start my career. After countless rejections, I was beginning to lose hope of ever getting my foot into Business Analysis or any technical role for that matter.
It wasn’t until I stumbled across an advert on Instagram of free webinar Tritek hosted which offered BA & PM training and live project experience. From the short webinar alone, I was able to learn so much and I was filled with so much passion and motivation to put in the work to achieve my goals. From this point, I knew that joining Tritek was the greatest decision I could make for my career.
First of all I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Sage Ayilara who did an amazing job of training and inspiring me during the pre project training.
I was assigned to Project Cyber S as a BA and honestly, I couldn’t have wished for a better team. I joined the team as someone unconfident and slow to speak as I didn’t believe that I was knowledgeable enough or even had the technical experience to make a worthwhile contribution but by the end of the project, I can now say that I am confident and full of belief. The whole team was amazing but in particular, I’d like to thank Lynda Madichie (PM) and Patrick O (Lead BA). Both of these individuals are probably unaware of how much I appreciate them. Though everyday of the 7 week project, they were constantly watching over me, supporting me through every task and checking on my well being.
I want to say a big thank you to Adeshola and everyone in Tritek for their amazing work. Tritek is far bigger than just a Business, it’s a professional family and I honour you for helping me on my journey and welcoming me as your own.
Finally, to anyone who is aiming to build a career in BA/PM. Do not give up and continue to fight the good fight. It’s never going to be easy (or everyone would be doing this) and it will take hours of work and your full dedication but it will 100% be worthwhile and rewarding.
Once again thank you, I’m forever grateful to Tritek.
King regards,
Hello Adeshola,
I am a success story!! 🏾🏾🏾🏾
I just signed my contract as a NHS Service lead.
A dear friend told me about Tritek in July and I joined the taster session.
This friend has never used Tritek either but she had heard good things about Tritek and Adeshola.
I was placed with an amazing team on Project Cobra and there I found my voice, confidence and motivation.
I had been in my current role for 10 years with no opportunity for advancement, I was deflated and needed a change.
What I got most from Tritek is the network of people and the wealth of info on LMS. I was able to use these information to realise my potentials and repackage transferable skills I had forgotten about.
Special thanks to my Project Cobra team for always being so positive, my friend Temi who invited me, Mfon my motivation partner and Chinwe my mentor. I only just met Chinwe a couple of weeks ago and she has been a great encouragement. But the Greatest thank you goes to God almighty for changing my mindset.
This is just the beginning.
Hi Adeshola,
Really pleased to say that I have secured a role as a Graduate PMO Analyst for a leading wealth management bank. I would firstly like to say thank you to my first point of contact Susan for introducing me to Eric, who introduced me to Tritek. A year after graduating, I had applied to over 100 junior BA/PM roles and was just getting nowhere with them. I couldn’t even get interviews!
The advice I kept hearing was you need tangible experience despite me completing my degree and doing countless of online courses. I was stuck and didn’t know what to do. When I finally got a hold of Eric, he pointed me in the direction of Adeshola, who had the solution that I was looking for. WORK EXPERIENCE! I joined Tritek in May 2020 and was part of the Tritek Alumni App Development Project. It was the business acumen, project methodology knowledge, and examples of real-life experiences that I had witnessed while working on the project that set me apart from the graduates applying to the scheme. Thank you once again Adeshola for providing me with this opportunity. It made the difference.
Good evening Adeshola,
I’ve got my first success story….
I joined Tritek in June. My target was to learn till Dec and then start applying but somehow I saw an internal advert for a PM role. I decided to apply just to test the waters. I figured out the earlier I started applying, the better I would become before Dec when I planned to leave my current job.
Guess what! I got an offer today as a Project Mgr, to start next month.
I’ve been listening to almost all the videos on LMS. I was part of Project COMP. I want to thank everyone, especially James, Michelle & Ayotunde.
The journey has just begun…
I have been offered a position as a Junior Data Analyst for a Deloitte project starting in November.
When I first found Tritek on instagram back in March, I had just been let go from my previous contract in February. When lockdown restrictions started in March I wasn’t sure what to do.
I am so glad I went ahead with Tritek as I learnt invaluable skills in my position as a Business Analyst for Project Tenacity. I enjoyed watching the videos on LMS and attending the Monday night business analyst meetings where I could see the projects of other teams and gain insight into the different types of reports and documents required. I am glad that I got to be a part of such a motivated and talented team of professionals who were committed to a high quality standard of work. I hope that we will still be in contact in the future. Thank you again to the Tritek team for all your help and support on this journey.
Very happy to let you know that I have been offered a role as a Service Delivery Manager with a major Government Agency starting mid November.
I joined Tritek in June 2020 with an initial plan to work towards becoming a Scrum Master, but on further discussion with the CEO, I realised that getting a PM role would enhance my transferable skills into Scrum Mastering. So I embarked on my journey as a Deputy Project Manager for Project DIGI-COMM and then as a Project Manager for Project NextGen both of which gave me the platforms to manage, monitor and control all project activities and collaborate with my ever amazing hardworking and motivated project team members. You guys have awesome skills and I know that you will go places.
When the opportunity came for me to apply for this role, I went for it even in the midst of the pandemic and lockdowns. I had to write 500 words to respond to three scenario/competency based questions followed by two video interviews. The experience I gained on the platform was key in the interview process.
To God be the Glory, I was offered the role and I have successful completed clearance.
Tritek has given me the opportunity to meet amazingly talented people that have contributed directly/ indirectly, knowingly and unknowingly to my success story; Treasure Sabs, Lynda Madichie, Fatou, Bode, Rukie just to mention a few.
To all my Project NextGen and Project DigiComm team members, I say thank you for being great colleagues and delivering excellent work.
I am still committed to the Tritek platform and will be around to further improve my skills and knowledge. So much more to learn on LMS.
My advice to everyone is that LMS is a great tool. Get on LMS, engage on your project, be an active player and not a spectator.
A lot of opportunities await us if we work hard. Thank you Adeshola for providing this platform.
Many thanks to you all.
My dearest Adeshola,
It’s with great delight I write this epistle- I just secured a role as a Project Manager with NHS ( Northamptonshire County Council)
Where do I begin? I met you in 2017, when I joined Tritek. Back then I didn’t take advantage of the opportunity to learn. Although our project at the time was halted, most of the people I introduced to Tritek nailed it and got roles, but I didn’t: unserious lol….
Fast forward-2020
I joined Tritek in May determined to succeed. When I called you Adeshola, my words were: I am serious this time, you know my story and can you can even write my success story we laughed about it.
Our project, Digi Comm kicked off June 15. I was the Deputy Lead PMO and later PMO Lead as my lead left. While on this project I had an unsuccessful interview. Unfazed, I cracked on.
Meanwhile, I met some amazing people here who taught me how to multitask and cope under pressure. On this note, thank you all- Team DIGI- COMM..
I was assigned a PM role on a second Project which kicked off on 14th September- one and only Project CYBER S. This project taught me a lot: people and conflict management, how to lead. My God, I learnt so much working with this team and gained more confidence. I learnt communication and leadership skills, how to negotiate and deal with different stakeholders.
To cut this story, I started applying again after this project ended. Managed to secure 2 interviews over the 200 applications I must have made.
My first PM interview and I got the role. What’s the moral of this whole story? Determination is everything. Set your mind to succeed and you sure will. Back in 2017, I was not determined but it took me 3 years to wake up from my slumber. Oh my God, I am a Project Manager now .
My God, I give you ALL the Glory, HONOUR & THANKS, what you cannot do does not exist. Onishe Iyanu, Agu ne chemba, my rock, words can’t quantify my joy.
Adeshola, Mama Hawk, you see the best in everyone, you made this possible for creating this platform, may your efforts be crowned with more success and more success stories. Love you loads.
I thank you Remi for always seeing the best in me, I appreciate all your help and I will never forget.
To my new PO team, really honoured working with you ( still here oh not going anywhere )
I met amazing people who helped me in one way or the other, my number one fan – Muideen, you became our project support and you have supported me and taught me so much, thank you.
Adejoke & Chukwuma you both believed in me and gave me more confidence every time we talk, this boosted my skills more, thank you both.
Team CYBES S – Super Team, amazing team. Wish you all the best.
I made so many friends on this platform, Emmanuel, Olla 1, Emilia, just to mention a few thank you all-
Olachi Okoro ( my sister for life, thank you for always listening to my interview preps, I wish you success soon)
Everyone out there especially the newbies, like I used to say to my team, keep the fire , don’t relent- you’ve got this don’t give up.
Hi Adesola, good afternoon. Just wanted to say a big thank you for the help that you have rendered me via Tritek. I remembered the chat we had when I had left the company I was working for and joined Tritek and how you were willing to help. THANK you. Last week I decided to go back to my former place of work as there was a vacancy for a BA role. Cut the long story short, I applied, had an interview and was offered the role. I am not writing this just for reference sake but to genuinely express my gratitude for this platform and all the opportunities that it offers. Again thank you.
I joined Tritek in August 2020 with no real life experience in Project Management.
From the taster session, I knew Tritek was the right platform for me. I felt like I was in a Project Management heaven.
After the online training, I was the deputy PM on a cyber security project and our team was called Project Cyber-S. It was a 7 weeks project and I was privileged to work with a really amazing and talented team. The PM on the project was Lynda Madichie.
The truth is if you don’t believe in angels then you’ve not met Lynda Madichie. She walks on water just so she’s ever ready to be of help and she’s very supportive.
After completion of our Project, I kept a close relationship with Lynda and I told her I would love to get on another project as a PM whilst I look for PMO, Project Support or Project Coordinator Jobs outside of Tritek.
I brushed up my CV specifically targeting the aforementioned roles. Initially I couldn’t find any of the roles within close proximity as I live in Glasgow Scotland and I told Lynda about it and she encouraged me to keep searching and she was even sending me job offers as I considered relocating to England. However I uploaded my CV on as many job sites I could find.
On Monday the 16th of November 2020 I received a call from a recruiting agency (Harvey Nash) to say they saw my CV on a job site and wanted to know if I would be interested in a Project Coordinator role with NHS Scotland so I said yes and they booked me in for an interview. I was excited and at the same time nervous as it will be my first ever project management interview but I was confident I had all the tools needed on LMS if there was ever a need to bring out the big guns. I told Lynda about it and she was happy for me and asked me to send her the Job description which I did and the first thing she said was “You’ve got this” then she sent me some interview questions which really helped. I also remember in one of Eunice’s lectures she said we should learn to speak project management language as it will be helpful in interviews, which I mastered.
On Tuesday the 24th of November 2020, I had a virtual interview and I was offered the job by Wednesday the 25th of November 2020. This was my first ever interview and the only role I applied for.
However, I will still be doing another project with Tritek as a PM because there’s so much to learn from Tritek. I believe with resilience and determination Tritek will give you the tools and knowledge needed to reach your full potentials. I was able to smash my interview and get the job without any Prince2 or formal project management qualification. All I had was just Tritek and LMS.
Tritek isn’t just a business, it’s a family of professionals always willing to help shape you into your dream career.
I want to say a big thank you to Adeshola and everyone in Tritek, my forever miraculous PM Lynda Madichie and everyone in Project Cyber-S for being a part of my amazing journey.
It’s official Tritek first Private Jet is on me.
Hey Adeshola,
I’ve just secured a new position as a Project Support Officer. I know for a fact that this wouldn’t have been possible without this platform.
I joined Tritek in November 2019 after a failed interview at securing a project support position.
I reluctantly attended a taster session and joined the course. Later I was placed on the dynamic and dramatic Project Charity Plus. I learnt so much from my team members and the platform as a whole. As my project was coming to a close I was given the opportunity to work with Adeshola and assist in making calls. I am really appreciative of that opportunity because it really helped with my communication skills and helped to boost my confidence.
After countless emails and almost giving up multiple times, I finally received that ‘Congratulations’ call.
Thank you Mama hawk for this great platform and all your hard work. Thank you my mentor Bella and to my Charity Plus team members thank you all.
My advice to anyone that’s working hard on the platform please utilise the lessons on LMS. Participate fully in your project, because Tritek is only a small step in your journey of success.
I was invited to Tritek by a dear friend who probably saw in me what I didn’t see in myself and came for my first taster session in 2018. I wasn’t so confident at the time because it was shortly after I went through a major life crisis so I didn’t take the training.
For some good reason Adeshola started posting success stories and each time I read them I say to myself ‘that could be you’.
I came back in 2020 and decided to give it my all after I had my baby who was six months at the time.
I was placed on Project SAS. The project came to an end and I felt like I haven’t really learnt anything so I joined the Programme Office. I visited LMS everyday sometimes till midnight digesting every information I can, reading all project management materials available in Tritek and online.
I took my certifications in Scrum and PRINCE2 and passed. I Started making applications and got so many rejections- my CV was obviously the problem.
I worked on my CV and updated my LinkedIn profile and I started getting the interviews. The majority were from LinkedIn!!!
I have finally been offered a role as Project Support Officer.
My advice for everyone are:
Do not sleep on your dreams, they are valid, give it all it takes.
Do your certifications, they stand you out. The competition out there is every stiff now due to the impact of COVID, a lot of well experienced professionals who lost their jobs are back in the job market.
Do your research and know your working tools you might be asked at interviews.
Do not limit yourself to Tritek, read all PM documents available online.
Hello Adeshola,
I have just secured my first position as an Associate Business Analyst.
I joined Tritek in September 2020 with little to no real life technical experience and very little knowledge or experience in Business Analysis.
After graduating in July 2020, I spent countless hours looking for employment opportunities to start my career. After countless rejections, I was beginning to lose hope of ever getting my foot into Business Analysis or any technical role for that matter.
It wasn’t until I stumbled across an advert on Instagram of free webinar Tritek was hosting which offered BA/ PM training and live project experience.
Throughout the 7 week project, they constantly watched over me and supported me through every task and even checked on my well being.
I want to say a big thank you to Adeshola and everyone in Tritek for their amazing work. Tritek is far bigger than just a business, it’s a professional family and I honour you for helping me on my journey and welcoming as your own.
Finally, to anyone who is aiming to build a career in BA/PM. Do not give up and continue to fight the good fight. It’s never going to be easy (or everyone would be doing this) and it will take hours of work and your full dedication but it will be 100% worthwhile and rewarding.
Once again thank you, I’m forever grateful to Tritek.
Use LMS. You have tons of scenarios at your fingertips!
Dear Adeshola
It is with great elation that I write to let you know that the moment has arrived for me to share my success story. I have been offered a role as a Projects Support Manager in the IT Programme Office, in one of the biggest state institutions. It’s been a rocky and bumpy road but finally I’m there. I joined Tritek in July 2019 after Clotilda advised me that Tritek could be the solution to my situation. I happened to have just migrated to the UK and, whilst I possessed vast experience, the missing link was experience in the UK and, no one seemed prepared to accommodate me. Joining Tritek proved to be the antidote, while I gained valuable on the job experience, it also gave me the opportunity to learn new approaches and further strengthen my skills within the portfolio.
While I was initially livid at being allocated the BA role, it exposed me to the other side of the story as I learnt that within BA is where the action is. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Tritek community for the platform, knowledge, resources, dedicated staff and support.
My message to fellow Tritek members, play active roles in your projects, be visible, approach everything professionally, consult the vast resources on LMS and past projects on Basecamp. I got this role after dozens and dozens of applications, some responded with regret, some just went quiet, some you get a call, it could be frustrating, but persevere- the moment will come! The role that I have secured, I applied around 1am after my wife shared a link, initially I didn’t want to, as I was about to sleep, and it was in the midst of the full lockdown. The role only had 3 days left before closing. My point, work extra hard, strive to learn, do not give up.
Well done to Anne -newest Mentor in town 💃
Hello Adesola,
I finally got a job as a Delivery PMO specialist!
I joined Tritek in July 2019 after coming across them online (Mary was the one who contacted me, thank you for encouraging me to join, you are a part of this success story).
I didn’t start applying for jobs until about November. 7 months later, I got my success story, after my fair share of “unfortunately you weren’t successful this time” it has finally happened.
Adesola thank you for setting up this platform and for giving people the opportunity to gain experience, you are an amazing woman! Thank you to all Tritek staff for everything you do. Bella always encourages me at any opportunity she gets, thank you!
Anne, my PM support analyst/ mentor hmmm I can’t thank you enough!
You’ve been a wonderful person and I’m grateful for everything. You’ve pushed me, encouraged me, believed in me, supported me and sometimes just quietly been a listening ear when I’m “losing it” thank you!
To everyone on Legacy and project Crown thank you all for the support and the knowledge shared, you all have been amazing!
For everyone still waiting for their success stories, I believe the time is now to start applying, I can’t stress how much knowledge and information is on LMS, make use of it and also do some personal research, it will definitely happen. Good luck guys!
Hi Adeshola,
I got a job! Whoop whoop…
I attended a taster in July 2019 and registered for the training immediately. However, I didn’t start my training until October due to previous commitments. I went with the online training and was eventually assigned as a Deputy Lead PMO on Project Axis to migrate data from Basecamp to Proof hub. Anne Daka and Toks were PM and APM extraordinaire!
Prior to and during Tritek I worked in the housing sector as a Homelessness Prevention Officer however, as the training progressed, I knew I wanted to remain in the housing industry as a Subject Matter Expert. As you may know, roles like this are few and far between within industry so there haven’t been many roles to apply for. I had pretty much given up but Anne wouldn’t let me rest. She rang me at the beginning of lockdown and advised me not to be discouraged by COVID19 as according to her ‘things are still happening’
I started looking half-heartedly. I made a couple of applications and the rest is history! I’ve been offered a job as a PMO Coordinator for a Local Authority to coordinate a £53bn refurbishment on all their current properties and new developments over a 5yr period.
Also, many thanks to all the members of Project Axis, you guys pushed me when I was at my wit’s end during our project.
Bella, thank you for tailoring my CV for the roles I was looking for. I got an interview for every job I applied for.
Anne Daka, you have become a lifelong friend, you did not stop encouraging me, ringing me before and after the interview.
Adeshola, you were even more excited than I was at the news😆. Your platform is the bee’s knees… you are truly Mama Hawk!
For all who are still on this journey, this is one of the best times to secure a job and make use of the team Adeshola has got behind her. They are all so amazing and passionately rooting for you!
A huge well done to Yeside on securing a role as a PMO Analyst
Dearest Adeshola
I’ve brought you good news.
I know one of the many reasons you started Tritek was to empower people, giving as many people as possible a chance to have a career.
I came across Tritek on Instagram and I called the number straight away and fortunately it was Adeshola’s number, I spoke to her and she invited me for the taster session.
I was unable to attend the taster session but still went in on the day, I got there as the students were leaving and waited for Adeshola to give me some audience and to my amazement she pulled me to the side and asked me what I wanted. I told her either BA/ PM and she said you are more of a PMO…. she did not stop there, she offered me a generous discount and said ” I want this to be the last training you do before you get a job” so I registered with the little I had (bless you).
The training started, it progressed and roles were allocated, I got a PMO role, oh well, I accepted it with thanks.
Fast forward to proactive thinking, I asked Adeshola if I could stop by at her office to help out for the experience, she said her door is opened. I went in when I could (sometimes with my children) and they were always welcomed. She showed me how to navigate basecamp and handed me over to Kabir who became my tutor, the support just gave me a new zeal. I helped out at the taster sessions, picked up some skills (too shy to say what ) and my confidence grew.
Project Divine was my live project, I learnt a lot from Femi, my Project Support Analyst, Stephanie the PM and every team member had an impact, the morale and attitude towards the task was so encouraging. I just had to work with the same energy and vibes. I learnt how to manage difficult stakeholders(lol) and at every stage I had my lesson learnt. I made friends and my list is long from the programme office to projects….
TRITEK IS FAMILY TO ME
The good news
I got a job as a PMO Analyst with an American company through referral. I had an interview that I had only hours to prepare for and this is where LMS and basecamp comes in, again I got a lesson learnt from that which is” what is worth doing, is worth doing well”
There’s a testimony to my story but my commitment attracted help from everyone.
The story started with you Adeshola, thank you
My first interview, first job and I did not go looking, it came…
BE PREPARED ALWAYS ❤
What more can I say…… 🤔
I joined Tritek at the lowest point in my life.
Everything was down. (including my marriage and documents to work in the UK.)
A very good friend introduced me to Tritek when I mentioned to him that I would love to go into Project Management. What he said then was yes Janet, you have what it takes. Unknown to him that I was broken within. . .. long story
Work Experience
A special thanks to Tunji Saidu my SPM and Skyforce team for the brilliant experience.
After deploying my first project, my confidence was 2 out of 10.
I was still struggling 😩
Adeshola called me one faithful day and said “Janet I believe you have a lot of potential in you and would like you to join the Tritek Team if that’s okay with you.” I was so overwhelmed and told her that I’ll be honoured.
I joined as an Admin/ Project Coordinator and rose to the post of the Deputy Manager, later became the Manager and even managed the programme office.
Gained my confidence and resilient spirit back.
Adeshola, we had our moments but you did not give up on me also my stakeholder management skills also helped😜 💪 😘
I learnt a lot from you and learnt to trust your judgement and personality
I am grateful 🙏
You’re a blessing MH.
Barbara Falomo, I know you know you’re indeed an Angel 😇. A true definition of humility and hard work
Tritek Angels😇
Amazing people you all are.
Sage- My superman, still want to be like you when I grow up.
Fast forward
2 in 1 success story
1️⃣Right now, I am a trainer here at Tritek Consulting Ltd. (I’m humbled)

….. than to say “thank you Lord”
I Joined Tritek in November 2018, looking to pursue a career in business analysis as I was getting bored with my current job & it’s anti-social nature.
Attended a taster session, enjoyed it thought ok this will be easy not realising how much extra work I had to put in to make it work. I was assigned to my first project, half way through the client changed the scope & the project was stalled big time, at this point one of my team members got a job as a Scrum Master, I was like ok my turn soon.
Waited over 2 months for a second project whilst constantly feeding myself with info from LMS which honestly is like a mobile brain, has enough info for whatever you need.
Second project kicked off, had hiccups but got delivered. I was beginning to doubt if the career was for me as it felt like I was just wasting my time, sitting in meetings till late doing most of the work as my team was not very motivated. Started the project with 17 team members and ended with just 4.
My subscription ended & I renewed it because of how much information I got from LMS & thought let me give it one final try.
I had a very supportive project team, an amazing deputy that was able to step in whenever needed & we managed to deliver a very successful project.
So I got reassigned to my old mentor & gave myself 6 weeks to get a job then the big daddy of them all “COVID-19” came & pooped on my parade. At this point I said to myself maybe this is not for me, literally packed up shop & thought you know what I’m done.
Then came this important message which I ignored for a day lol. Just when I thought of getting a van to start doing deliveries, I got the email with an offer and a little bit of extra change on the salary.
A friend of mine recommended Tritek and I joined, completed my full training and project but the job didn’t come straight away. I got more confident with every interview I went; I knew it was a matter of time so when my 1yr ended I did not hesitate to resubscribe especially for LMS tutorials.
I asked to join another project then Covid 19 happened, it halted my job search once more. It’s good to have people who believe in you. My friends encouraged me to continue applying, and seeing success stories in the midst of the lockdown, I went for it.
You’re next in line to brew.
I joined Tritek in August 2019, I attended the taster session a few months prior and I was impressed by the knowledge and expertise of Adeshola and Sage. Initially I was not sure about the training because I felt like I needed certification rather than just the training. I realised that I needed the practical experience a lot more. After a few months, I messaged Adeshola and told her I was ready to join Tritek. I was assigned to project Nebula as a BA. I attended all the project meetings, some of the trainings and watched LMS. I am really grateful for the opportunity to learn and be part of a community where everyone is supportive and trying to learn. After two months, I started applying for jobs within my organisation. I went for about 3 interviews but wasn’t successful. I was very disappointed but kept on going. In May 2020, I was allocated to another project, Tritek Alumni as a PMO support. I really enjoyed being part of the team and learnt how to create all the different reports. A few weeks ago I messaged Adeshola to inform her that I was ready to start applying for jobs again and needed a mentor to review my CV and help with interviewing skills. Immediately I was assigned to Tolu, we had a meeting and he was very friendly. I told him that I was interested in applying for a job within my organisation. He encouraged me to apply for the role. Once I got an interview we had a session to talk about possible interview questions and answers which I found really helpful. I am super grateful to Tolu because he has a wealth of project management knowledge and is very affirmative that I could get the job.
Hey Adeshola- see my account from that initial phone conversation with you back in November 2019 to securing a role as a Senior Functional BA (Financial Systems)!
Filled with the ambition of wanting to move my career horizontally into the BA world, I set out with 3 goals: Investment in Skill & Knowledge, Positive Mental Thinking & a Disciplined Mindset.
Subsequently, I felt ready to jump but needed a parachute to somewhat steer me in direction of my goal of being a competent and skilled Functional BA. You see I like gliding the sky as if the limit is actually the sky.
It was one cold day in November, 2019 when I came across a BA Taster session while going through Instagram. Instantly, I felt a strong pull towards exploring this ad. I proceeded to look more into the ad where I found TRITEK and my parachute found me!
Few days later, Adeshola answered; we ended up spending 45 minutes while I shared my career goals with her. I spoke that my success story is a matter of when; combined with the idea that I would give back. Because I appreciate that this parachute came bearing high hanging fruits. I had missed the taster session by the time of our conversation but instantly, I entrusted Adeshola and TRITEK with achieving my goal without a question and a sale.
Upon enrolling, I became sponge like and I kept absorbing. I thoroughly enjoyed my classroom session with Sage. Using all that I had taken away from here, I felt ready to work as a Lead BA on a Live Project. The real-life experience taken away from the project slowly poured into me like oiled confidence on a shimmering, being so it was easy to carry an alluring glow during my job search 7 months after my taster session in spite of the pandemic.
I wanted to work in the FS space dealing with ERP Implementation so I applied only for jobs in this space while trusting all that I had learnt at TRITEK would see me through the process but not past it.
Your garden is your mind and if you change your mind you have already changed your situation. Your mind is the real asset here so protect it!
Very special mention to my project team, Seattle, I am grateful for the support I have gained, not just a network of associates but real friends too. Thank you, Michael, for the encouragement during all those workshops. Tobi, a shout out to you for being a consummate professional and mentor during my live project.
I started with Tritek in November 2019. I wanted a change in my career and a friend introduced me to Tritek . I was added to the What’s app group for the November batch and recognised one of my friends who was already with Tritek. I was still contemplating the logistics of traveling to Enfield for the induction. My friend – Rolake encouraged me. I started on the faithful Saturday and met Eunice who the Lord had ordained to help in my travelling. She picked me from an arranged location and dropped me off afterwards. Eunice, a special thank you to you. God was preparing me.
I was assigned to Project Trinet by the program office; an amazing set of people…I learnt so much.My God given family, thank you.
We finished our project in May 2020.I reluctantly started applying for jobs …My first interview is my testimony…I had an interview on a Wednesday and I was assigned a Mentor on a Monday before the interview. Anne, my mentor is an amazing lady. She downloaded everything to me in a few hours. She encouraged me to take it as a learning curve. The interview was okay but not excellent. I learnt so much from my first Project Manager interview.I was excited, God was on my side!
I forgot to mention that I had not even updated my CV. One month after, I was offered a permanent role! This is an excellent stepping stone for me.
I want to say a big thanks to Adeshola who on my first day advised I should go for a PMO role .I followed her advice and learnt so much as a PMO lead. LMS and Basecamp are amazing. If I can do this, you can do it too. Adeshola, my prayer is that the good Lord will continue to strengthen you and give you supernatural wisdom.
Anne, thank you so much. You are part of my life now.
I want to say a special thanks to Michael, Viola, Tomi, Kenneth, Issimat, Bola, Eunice, Precious, Yemi, Mimie, Temitayo and Toyin for helping to make me the Tips for Success:
Follow instructions given by TRITEK to the letter. The structure and protocol has been put in place for a reason.

I see you Alick, my very selfless friend whose professionalism, positivism and enthusiasm is infectious. I have learnt so much from you. Thanks for all the mock interviews, coaching and mentoring. Reaching out just before all my interviews really helped. You are so CONSISTENT.
And thanks to Temi who introduced me to TRITEK. I am unconvinced that Temi is not a genius. Thank you for your extreme patience, coaching, mentoring and creating the time for me despite all you had on your plate.
Thanks to “Chioma ” whom I used for practice and who was always there to lend a listening ear and for “bouncing off”
And lastly to my son Daniel for not allowing me to quit when I wanted to, Kunbi my sister who persistently offered talking therapy.
To a host of external mentors outside of TRITEK and to TEAM TETRA please know that all things are possible to those who believe and are ready to do the needful.
SEE IT, BELIEVE IT and ACHIEVE IT.
Teju Adeoye person I am today. When we finished the project, I said it is my desire to see all of us in our special roles. I pray that you’ll all give a testimony too soon…Amen!
I attended a Tritek taster session at the end of February this year and enrolled in March. Project Tetra kick off meeting took place on the10th of April.
And now September 2020, after competing against 75 candidates and undergoing 3 nerve wracking and gruelling interviews. I am honoured and deeply humbled to have been offered the role of IT Technical Business Analyst.
This is a super long success story, but I’m pleased to announce ….
Way Maker!!Miracle Worker!!Promise Keeper!! that is who you are!
If my whole body were to be a mouth, it still won’t be enough to say thank you. From a health care assistant to Deputy Programme Manager!!!
I joined the Tritek taster session May 30th 2020 when my 3rd child was just a few weeks old. Yes, you heard me right! Just a few weeks old baby. The oldest is 6 years.
I joined with an empty skull, inquisitive mind and above all with God!! After the taster session I felt yea this is it, I am at the right place. Haven had a bad experience with another brand the previous year and was referred to Tritek by a friend but being pregnant then I decided to wait till I put to bed. So back to my story. I enrolled in June 2020, our project began in June 2020 Project Titan, before our project started, I married LMS videos, I watched and re watched videos, I checked in on basecamp, I peeped into some completed projects, I was hungry and was constantly feeding myself with LMS!!I was actively involved in my project, I attended BA meeting even though I preferred the PM side of things. Then I made friends with my team members turn family 👪, oh Ginika, my personal motivator God bless you. Our project was still at the Initiate stage and I felt the urge to start applying which I told Ginika, our deputy planner and she encouraged me to. Oh, I applied and was rejected but she said it’s part of the process and I went back and worked on my application and made more applications, when I saw the role of Deputy Programme Manager, I applied without giving it a thought! Lo and behold I was invited for an interview. I was shocked and wasn’t ready. I quickly called mama Hawk and said to her, my project is now at the Define stage and I have applied for a job …. she quickly said send me the details and I did and she quickly assigned me a mentor just like that. Let’s pause… Before I got a mentor, I called my PM, heaven sent PM of project Titan and told him that I don’t think I was ready for this and he laughed and said this is nothing and he will put me through… (unpause) I got a mentor from heaven called Remi. I called him immediately. I got his contact from mama Hawk, he told me what videos I should watch again on LMS and he fixed a date for both of us to meet and practice for the interview. Fast forward to that day I didn’t turn up, I refused to call him and I made up my mind to withdraw the application. Remi called me later that day and I told him my mind and he said I wasn’t going anywhere, I must attend the interview and I must practice with him, no running away from it!! He refixed the practice to a day before the interview and during the mock interview, he interrupted me and said I wasn’t sounding confident, he recorded himself and sent me to listen to. Now pause again… Back to my PM Sola, I was praying he shouldn’t call me since I wanted to withdraw the application but wosiah!! He called and even booked a zoom meeting for me that night prior to the interview day! Oh, he talked, he drilled, he advised, he motivated and wished me well that night. We rounded up at midnight. Ginika on the other hand sent me a handbook that held questions about planning, to practice with. (now unpause) interview day came, having been awake all night, practicing, breastfeeding and watching videos on LMS I went for the interview. During the interview I spoke from my heart, with passion, confidence and knowledge given that it’s just one person needed for this role. Then came the post interview wait. I see myself talking to myself in the room, saying to myself “oh Ann you should have elaborated further blabla”.. I was going mad, and then Remi (PMO) calmed me down that everything will be ok…Sola said it’s normal I should not worry, Remi said don’t worry just start giving thanks to HIM and behold I was offered the job!! I, Ann,a health care assistant, is now a Deputy Programme Manager!! Oh God!!! I was too shocked to accept the offer, I called mama Hawk and this lady was shouting more than I was, I had to pause to remember who got the offer, me or her😄… Just one week of the interview invite and these people turned family surrounded me as if it was their interview!! Heaven knows that Tritek is more than what it looks like, in Tritek you bond with people who want to see you succeed. It’s not a competition, it’s a genuine desire from your fellow team members to have each other’s back. My advice is. watch LMS videos, be actively involved in projects, attend all meetings, go with all your heart and last of all call on GOD!!! I hope one day I would be allowed to give back to Tritek when there is vacancy but before then no leave no transfer!!
I thank God for securing a Job as a Data Analyst in one of the UK’s IT solution providers, and Tritek played a huge role in the journey of this success.
I joined Tritek in October 2019 after my MBA program in Coventry University, and I was intrigued by the level of resources and support given to students in Tritek, especially LMS and Basecamp. The Tutorials were so inspiring and enlightening, the lectures were well organised and tailored to business needs and the live project made all the experience come to live. It was the live project that increased my knowledge and built my confidence in both Project Management and Business Analysis. Although I took a separate course in Data Analysis and BI, Tritek was where the inspiration came from.
I’d like to encourage all students and Alumni who are still seeking to get their dream role to be humble and patient. Keep working hard on your dream and take advantage of all the resources made available to you in Tritek, they are more than enough. I did a lot of interviews; I almost gave up but the support my family gave me was indescribable. They will tell me after a failed interview feedback, “Daddy don’t give up, just try again”. It was hard and I learnt that success is not a walk in the park.
Get your tools, MSP, JIRA, be involved in report writing, attend all meetings and Support Analyst meetings, listen to feedback and embrace rebuke as much as you can, they are all part of the learning journey. No excuse is good enough to give up. A lot of people want to be inspired by your success story. I appreciate all the staff of Tritek, both past and present, the CEO for the role Tritek is playing in our community, there is no better way to show that black lives matter than what Tritek is doing in our community. Mama Hawk thank you for being who you are and even correcting me on so many things. You are inspirational!
I hope to read your success story soon.
As I write to inspire someone with my success story today, I’m now very much myself living the journey I started about a year ago with Tritek Consulting Ltd.
From having zero knowledge and certifications, to zero experience, it would have been far too easy for me not to believe in the process especially after my first classroom training with all the BA terminologies and processes I never heard before all my life, but I remembered why I started in the first place and quickly align myself with the energy set up within Tritek. I challenged and channelled my doggedness to getting work done above satisfactory outputs and getting my hands dirty with every material that could help me along the way, the success stories of others inspired me to believe and crucially, the enigmatic mentoring and coaching of Tolu Ajakaiye set me up on this path to greatness as a Business Analyst- and I haven’t even started yet. Again, I would intentionally mention Tolu Ajakaiye, my mentor, my leader and the one very much at the fore- front of this success story.
Today for every one of you on this journey, on this platform, out there and regardless of your geographical location, if you are thinking of the next move in life whether its starting out your career path or changing job roles, if you ever find yourself within the Tritek space, just know that you are in safe haven. The rest will totally be up to you.
Get up each day, have a confession to achieve your goal, channel the energy that drives and fuels your purpose, and tests your potential- always remembering why you started in the first place. Turn up every deliverable and be studious along these lines, picturing yourself in the big time already. And NEXT is your story to the world.
Best Wishes

After the project, I had many unsuccessful interviews and applications over the months. I was assigned to Mr Leonard (my mentor) at some point. He guided me through my subsequent interview process, and I got a FTC role in February 2024.
After working for six months, I became more confident as a business analyst. I started reapplying & looking for permanent job roles. After two interviews, I scaled through one with the support of revisiting my LMS videos and YouTube. I have now secured a permanent job offer in London.
My journey with Tritek began in January 2024 after a flatmate’s recommendation. Following the taster session, I enrolled in the program and consistently attended all the live sessions without missing a class. I also dedicated myself to working through the LMS, as this was a new field for me at the time. I was placed in a project group, which we named Project Delight.
I want to sincerely thank Dr. Adesola for creating this platform, my project sponsor, Mohammed, and the entire Tritek team for their support.
First and foremost, I want to give thanks to Almighty God—His grace is the foundation of my success and the reason I’ve come this far.
With His guidance, I’ve secured a new role as a PMO Analyst with another esteemed organization, and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.
My journey with Tritek began with the July 2022 free taster session, where I was honored to take on the role of PMO Lead for Project Max. That experience was invaluable in helping me grow and refine my skills. I am deeply appreciative of the wonderful team members I worked with on Project Max—you were a constant source of support, and I truly loved working with you all!
A special thanks to our incredible Mama Hawk—your training resources are unmatched, and I am so grateful for your wisdom and guidance. Here’s to new beginnings and endless possibilities!Compose Message
