What more can I say…… ?

I joined Tritek at the lowest point in my life.
Everything was down. (Inc My marriage and Documents to work in the UK.)

A very good friend introduced me to Tritek when I mentioned to him that I would love to go into Project Management. What he said then was yes Janet, you have what it takes. Unknown to him that I was broken within. . .. long story

Work Experience

After deploying my first project , my confidence was 2 out of 10.
I was still struggling ?

Adeshola called me one faithful day and said “Janet I believe you have alot of potential in you and would like you to join the Tritek Team if that’s okay with you.” I was so overwhelmed and told her that I’ll be honoured.

I joined as an Admin/ Project Coordinator rose to the post of the Deputy manager later became the Manager and even managed the programme office.

Gained my confidence and resilience spirit back.
Adeshola, we had our moments but you did not give up on me also my stakeholder Management skills also helped? ? ?
I learnt alot from you and learnt to trust your judgement and personality
